QuikTrip 500: Odds, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch for 2019 race

Last week, NASCAR hosted its largest event of the year in the Daytona 500, and it had been about as unpredictable as one can expect.Denny Hamlin, a guy called a king of the restrictor-plate races, took home the triumph as a huge crash knocked out a huge portion of the area down the stretch.

There will be sins on the monitor as racing begins this week.

Kevin Harvick is your favorite that is understandable at 4/1 odds with two career wins over the trail and eight top-10 finishes in his last 10 races there. While Busch has two wins at AMS and five top 10s in his last 10 races, kyle Busch and Joey Logano both have 6/1 odds. Logano has four finishes, although no wins.

And while Martin Truex Jr. and Brad Keselowski can get lost in the shuffle, they are more than formidable in Georgia.

Who wins? It may be foolish to pick against Harvick, but Kyle Larson is due for a win. Atlanta could be the spot for him, although the 26-year-old went without a win last season. Larson includes another place finish in five career races at AMS and three top-10 finishes.
