The TSI Assessment

ACCUPLACER/TSI Scores

Testing Services not any longer provides transcripts of Accuplacer/TSI ratings. If an organization requires your ratings you need to get their Testing Center, and question them to recover your ratings through Cross Institutional Reporting. All assessment centers throughout Texas can obtain your TSI scores from any institution your test had been administered.

TSIA Cross-Institutional Reporting

Cross-Institutional Reporting in Texas permits the school and or college (Institution of Higher Education) that you’re applying and/or moving to access to your TSI test ratings together with your permission.
